Erin Delaney strives to treat the whole person. Based on her belief that healing begins with a strong therapeutic connection to her patients and continues through an accurate diagnosis and personalized treatment plan, her practice provides a space for patients to feel heard and understood.

Christina takes a collaborative stance in her partnership with patients and employs a humanistic approach to her practice. She presents multiple treatment options appropriate to the patient’s needs. The patient then guides the direction of treatment.

LeeLee Milner specializes in working with adults suffering from depression, anxiety, and attention disorders. Ms. Milner develops individualized treatment plans with clients, using the tools of psychotherapy, medication management, motivational interviewing, and therapeutic writing in her practice. Ms. Milner works remotely and sees her clients via telepsychiatry.

Uzoamaka (Amaka) Orji has several years of experience working in community mental health. Amaka incorporates psychotherapy and psychopharmacology when treating mental health disorders, including, but not limited to: major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, ADHD, and personality disorders.

Clinical Social Worker
Teresa has been a practicing Social Worker for over twenty five years. Teresa believes in patient centered and individual treatment for her clients. She uses the basic social work tenet of starting where the client is at to assess and develop individual treatment plans.
Nathan Rainwater believes everyone has unique potential and ability to grow through the healing process of the patient-provider relationship. He combines an understanding of psychology and neurobiology with validated assessment tools and evidence-based treatment options for the management of depression, anxiety, ADHD, and bipolar disorder among other things.
Tenisha Simon has four years of experience working in a psychiatric emergency room as a psychiatric registered nurse, where she utilized her skills in assessment and diagnosis of mental disorders. Ms. Simon believes in fostering a healthy body, mind, and spirit connection, so she is committed to building empowering therapeutic relationships with her patients.

Robert Weston believes in a patient-centered, humanistic approach to treatment, and develops an individualized treatment plan for each of his patients that incorporates both psychotherapy and psychopharmacology, depending on the patient’s needs.
