About Amy Kryszak

Amy Kryszak is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with adults diagnosed with depression, anxiety, and attention disorders. Amy has an undergraduate degree in psychology from Daemen College. Amy completed her masters in social work at the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Amy believes in a person-centered, individualized approach to treating her clients. Amy assesses and develops individualized treatment plans with clients, using the tools of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and motivational interviewing (MI) in her practice. Amy works remotely and sees her clients via teletherapy.
