Caroline offers a safe space for clients to share their thoughts and feelings. Caroline listens with empathy and openness to understand each client’s individual needs. She uses a strengths- based approach to empower clients by helping them recognize their resiliency and capabilities. Caroline encourages clients to be proactive when addressing their concerns and supports clients in identifying and taking steps toward their goals. Caroline believes in nurturing interpersonal relationships as well as strengthening the relationship one has with one’s self. Caroline works with clients to build self-confidence and provides unconditional support in the process.
Caroline is trained in mindfulness techniques and uses cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy to address mental health issues, including depression and anxiety. Caroline has worked with many clients in need of stress management and has experience with matters of grief and loss as well.
