Her goal and hope is to help you alleviate symptoms and fix the root cause so you can start developing the steps to achieve your goals. Sarah wants the therapeutic process to feel helpful and worthwhile with a strong belief in creating an environment that is compassionate, sincere, nonjudgmental and a safe place to speak openly about your concerns.
Sarah has extensive experience in working with people coping with grief, anxiety depression through the use of Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
