She offers a holistic approach to person-centered care in a non-judgmental, supportive, and safe space. Shayla utilizes a variety of behavioral and mindful approaches and tools, including Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Harm Reduction, Abstinence Based Relapse Prevention, and Trauma Informed Care.
