Victoria has dedicated her career to helping individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders and everyday stress to reach their fullest potential. She believes that the therapeutic relationship is a strong driving force for change, and works with her clients to create a safe space to share personal as well as interpersonal goals and challenges. She strongly emphasizes the development of a trusting and collaborative relationship that is grounded in non-judgment and respect.
Victoria’s experience includes both inpatient and outpatient treatment of psychiatric and personality disorders, as well as treatment of dually diagnosed and chemically dependent individuals. She strongly believes in holistic and strengths-based treatment and utilizes an eclectic approach of psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused and mindfulness-based techniques when working with her clients. Her approach is tailored to each individual and their needs. She sees her purpose as empowering her clients to be the best versions of themselves, and she loves what she does! She sees her clients via teletherapy.
