About Elizabeth
Elizabeth’s therapeutic style is goal-oriented, collaborative, and strengths-based, and promotes positive psychology. Elizabeth enjoys working with those going through life’s big transitions; such as emerging into adulthood, newly married clients, those that are just beginning their families, or starting new career opportunities. Socially and culturally diverse clients are welcomed. She respectfully serves individuals from varied ethnicities, races, gender identities, religions, socioeconomic backgrounds, and sexual orientations. LGBTQ+ warmly accepted.
Elizabeth has experience working with emerging adults, 18 to 22 years old. She enjoys working with those with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma histories. She uses several therapeutic modalities including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. Above all, a holistic mind/ body perspective guides her practice.

Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered. This DBT-informed therapist helpspatients become more empowered by teachingthem skills to manage their emotions and increasemindfulness. Angeli works especially well with indi-viduals who may not have felt safe, loved, or validatedin their relationships in the past. Her background intreating patients provides her with a unique frame-work that helps her guide individuals in exploringtheir issues’ root causes.
Angeli treats patients ages 18-55. She specializes intreating depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges,relationship issues, and stress related to life transi-tions (career changes, parenting challenges, divorce,etc.). Angeli uses a psychodynamic approach to helppatients explore their past and gain self-awarenesswhen needed. She also uses solution-focused,strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapyapproaches to alleviate symptoms. In her spare time,Angeli loves to write and play music. She grew up inTrinidad and Tobago.
