Giang’s (Mimi’s) therapeutic style is supportive and collaborative with a strength-based approach. Her goal as a therapist is to ensure a safe and supportive space for individuals to find hope for personal healing and growth. She believes that working from a holistic and individualized approach benefits clients in reaching their goals. Giang (Mimi) enjoys working with those going through life’s transitions and symptoms of trauma. Giang (Mimi) has had an abundance of experiences and worked with adolescents, adults, and families of diverse cultural backgrounds.

She works with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and symptoms of trauma history. Her therapeutic modalities include but are not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, eye movement reprocessing and desensitization (EMDR), mindfulness skills, solution-focused, and family systems theory.

About Angeli

Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered. This DBT-informed therapist helpspatients become more empowered by teachingthem skills to manage their emotions and increasemindfulness. Angeli works especially well with indi-viduals who may not have felt safe, loved, or validatedin their relationships in the past. Her background intreating patients provides her with a unique frame-work that helps her guide individuals in exploringtheir issues’ root causes.

Angeli treats patients ages 18-55.
