About Katherine
Katherine Ibarra is a licensed clinical social worker. Katherine knows it takes courage to seek a happier, more fulfilling life. She takes her role in her patients’ lives very seriously. She aims to support and empower her patients, fostering empowerment so they can make effective changes in their lives. Katherine’s therapy style is warm and interactive. She doesn’t believe in stigmatizing labels. Instead, she approaches to therapy with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
Her approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness practices, forgiveness therapy, and solution-focused therapy. She tailors each session’s dialogue and treatment plan to meet each patient’s unique needs. Katherine has been providing therapy since 2017 and works with patients ages 22-65. She has worked with patients experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, ADHD, grief, life transitions, self-esteem problems, stress, trauma, PTSD, women’s issues, multicultural concerns, and more. Katherine loves spending time with family, traveling, and enjoying unique foods in her spare time.

About Angeli
Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered. This DBT-informed therapist helpspatients become more empowered by teachingthem skills to manage their emotions and increasemindfulness. Angeli works especially well with indi-viduals who may not have felt safe, loved, or validatedin their relationships in the past. Her background intreating patients provides her with a unique frame-work that helps her guide individuals in exploringtheir issues’ root causes.
Angeli treats patients ages 18-55. She specializes intreating depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges,relationship issues, and stress related to life transi-tions (career changes, parenting challenges, divorce,etc.). Angeli uses a psychodynamic approach to helppatients explore their past and gain self-awarenesswhen needed. She also uses solution-focused,strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapyapproaches to alleviate symptoms. In her spare time,Angeli loves to write and play music. She grew up inTrinidad and Tobago.
