She believes in being respectful, honest, and direct in empowering clients to tackle their problems.
Michelle treats clients 18 to 65 and has experience treating a wide range of mental health concerns, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder, relationship issues, PTSD, mood disorders, and more. She is primarily a cognitive-behavioral therapist and relies heavily on rational emotive behavior therapy and dialectical-behavioral therapy. But she also uses a variety of other approaches, including mindfulness, motivational interviewing, EMDR, and holistic treatments, depending on her clients’ needs.
