About Sherika
Sherika helps clients identify the stressors posing a barrier to their quality of life. From there, she helps clients identify the root causes of these issues and identify any behaviors that may be perpetuating the problem. Sherika sees her role as creating a therapeutic relationship that allows her to assist the client and offer accountability. Her goal is to spread love so her clients’ hearts can be touched by insight and change. Sherika enjoys being of service to others and wants to help individuals connect to their best selves as they navigate through life.
Sherika is experienced in treating a variety of mental health issues, including PTSD, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, substance use, and more. Sherika specializes in applying a range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, meditation, dialectical-behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, internal family systems, motivational interviewing, strengths-based, and mindfulness.

Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered. This DBT-informed therapist helpspatients become more empowered by teachingthem skills to manage their emotions and increasemindfulness. Angeli works especially well with indi-viduals who may not have felt safe, loved, or validatedin their relationships in the past. Her background intreating patients provides her with a unique frame-work that helps her guide individuals in exploringtheir issues’ root causes.
Angeli treats patients ages 18-55. She specializes intreating depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges,relationship issues, and stress related to life transi-tions (career changes, parenting challenges, divorce,etc.). Angeli uses a psychodynamic approach to helppatients explore their past and gain self-awarenesswhen needed. She also uses solution-focused,strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapyapproaches to alleviate symptoms. In her spare time,Angeli loves to write and play music. She grew up inTrinidad and Tobago.
