About Julie
Julie Sullivan is a board-certified mental health nurse practitioner. Julie supports her patients in their healing journey so they can become the best version of themselves. She takes a holistic approach, helping her patients manage their medications as well as exploring holistic treatments. During intake, Julie asks patients questions about their sleep, diet, and lifestyle. She often runs bloodwork and factors her patients’ vitamin D, B12, and thyroid levels into her treatment recommendations. She is very thorough and takes great care to address all patient concerns. Julie sees patients ages 18-65 and provides medication management and treatment for ADHD, anxiety, maladaptive coping skills, depression, grief, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), peer relationships, intimate relationship issues, school-related issues, self-esteem problems, sleep disorders, insomnia, stress, divorce, dual diagnoses, infidelity, trauma, PTSD, women’s issues, impulse and control disorders, and mood disorders. Outside of work, Julie loves cooking, traveling internationally, and being outside in nature. She plans to visit every national park in the United States someday.

About Angeli
Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered. This DBT-informed therapist helpspatients become more empowered by teachingthem skills to manage their emotions and increasemindfulness. Angeli works especially well with indi-viduals who may not have felt safe, loved, or validatedin their relationships in the past. Her background intreating patients provides her with a unique frame-work that helps her guide individuals in exploringtheir issues’ root causes.
Angeli treats patients ages 18-55. She specializes intreating depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges,relationship issues, and stress related to life transi-tions (career changes, parenting challenges, divorce,etc.). Angeli uses a psychodynamic approach to helppatients explore their past and gain self-awarenesswhen needed. She also uses solution-focused,strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapyapproaches to alleviate symptoms. In her spare time,Angeli loves to write and play music. She grew up inTrinidad and Tobago.
