Kristoffer Acasio is a board-certified mental health nurse practitioner. Kristoffer strives to build a collaborative relationship with each patient while empowering them to achieve their personal goals. He has experience working with diverse populations to develop effective, well-rounded treatment plans. Kristoffer uses cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and supportive therapy. He helps his patients identify their feelings and symptoms, then guides them in learning new ways to manage those symptoms through medication management and therapy. Kristoffer works with patients ages 18-55 and provides medication management for ADHD, anxiety, maladaptive coping skills, depression, grief, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), peer relationships, intimate relationship issues, school issues, self-esteem problems, sleep disorders, insomnia, stress, divorce, infidelity, trauma, PTSD, control disorders, and mood disorders. In his spare time, Kristoffer trains in boxing and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. His first bachelor’s degree is in corporate finance.

Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered. This DBT-informed therapist helpspatients become more empowered by teachingthem skills to manage their emotions and increasemindfulness. Angeli works especially well with indi-viduals who may not have felt safe, loved, or validatedin their relationships in the past. Her background intreating patients provides her with a unique frame-work that helps her guide individuals in exploringtheir issues’ root causes.
Angeli treats patients ages 18-55. She specializes intreating depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges,relationship issues, and stress related to life transi-tions (career changes, parenting challenges, divorce,etc.). Angeli uses a psychodynamic approach to helppatients explore their past and gain self-awarenesswhen needed. She also uses solution-focused,strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapyapproaches to alleviate symptoms. In her spare time,Angeli loves to write and play music. She grew up inTrinidad and Tobago.
