Nosata holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in Mental Health/Psychiatric Nursing and is a board certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in psychiatry. Her primary focus is to provide unbiased, comprehensive, evidence-based care to all of her clients while utilizing her medical and psychiatric expertise. She uses psychopharmacology while incorporating some psychotherapy to achieve holistic wellness. Nosata believes in a patient-centered approach with open, therapeutic communication. Her concentrations include Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD, though she works with all diagnoses.

Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered. This DBT-informed therapist helpspatients become more empowered by teachingthem skills to manage their emotions and increasemindfulness. Angeli works especially well with indi-viduals who may not have felt safe, loved, or validatedin their relationships in the past. Her background intreating patients provides her with a unique frame-work that helps her guide individuals in exploringtheir issues’ root causes.
Angeli treats patients ages 18-55. She specializes intreating depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges,relationship issues, and stress related to life transi-tions (career changes, parenting challenges, divorce,etc.). Angeli uses a psychodynamic approach to helppatients explore their past and gain self-awarenesswhen needed. She also uses solution-focused,strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapyapproaches to alleviate symptoms. In her spare time,Angeli loves to write and play music. She grew up inTrinidad and Tobago.
