About Rachel

Rachel Gersh is a board-certified mental health nurse practitioner.

Rachel is a caring, compassionate provider who is completely present for all her patients. Clients go to Rachel looking for a provider who sees the value and worth of each individual. She also implements a holistic approach to treat all her clients.

Her specialties include anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive (OCD). She also treats clients struggling with ADHD, maladaptive coping skills, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, school issues, self-esteem issues, sleep issues, stress, divorce, dual diagnosis, men’s and women’s issues. She treats clients ages 10 - 65, utilizing Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), vitamin supplements, healthy lifestyle modifications, and Medication Management when necessary.

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys being active outside. She also has a strong passion for running.

About Angeli

Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered. This DBT-informed therapist helpspatients become more empowered by teachingthem skills to manage their emotions and increasemindfulness. Angeli works especially well with indi-viduals who may not have felt safe, loved, or validatedin their relationships in the past. Her background intreating patients provides her with a unique frame-work that helps her guide individuals in exploringtheir issues’ root causes.

Angeli treats patients ages 18-55. She specializes intreating depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges,relationship issues, and stress related to life transi-tions (career changes, parenting challenges, divorce,etc.). Angeli uses a psychodynamic approach to helppatients explore their past and gain self-awarenesswhen needed. She also uses solution-focused,strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapyapproaches to alleviate symptoms. In her spare time,Angeli loves to write and play music.
