About Vanessa
Vanessa understands that most clients have struggled to find treatment due to lack of access, reluctance to seek help, and stigma. To combat these issues, Vanessa creates a safe space where clients can feel comfortable and supported. She guides her clients through self-actualization and empowerment so they can grow and adapt to life’s challenges. Vanessa uses cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and person-centered therapy. During appointments, clients can expect warmth, compassion, open-mindedness, and validation as they explore their history, life experiences, fears and barriers to treatment, and their goals.
Vanessa works with clients ages 5 to 65 and provides medication management for ADHD, anxiety, maladaptive coping skills, depression, grief, obsessive-compulsive disorder, school issues, sleep issues including insomnia, stress, trauma, PTSD, impulse and control disorders, mood disorders, adjustment disorders, behavioral dysregulation.

About Angeli
Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered. This DBT-informed therapist helpspatients become more empowered by teachingthem skills to manage their emotions and increasemindfulness. Angeli works especially well with indi-viduals who may not have felt safe, loved, or validatedin their relationships in the past. Her background intreating patients provides her with a unique frame-work that helps her guide individuals in exploringtheir issues’ root causes.
Angeli treats patients ages 18-55. She specializes intreating depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges,relationship issues, and stress related to life transi-tions (career changes, parenting challenges, divorce,etc.). Angeli uses a psychodynamic approach to helppatients explore their past and gain self-awarenesswhen needed. She also uses solution-focused,strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapyapproaches to alleviate symptoms. In her spare time,Angeli loves to write and play music. She grew up inTrinidad and Tobago.
