About Yewande
Yewande Mikoku is a board-certified mental health nurse practitioner. Yewande empowers her patients by connecting them with the best medication for their mental health needs. As a holistically-minded provider, she emphasizes active listening and shared decision-making. In helping patients find the right medications for them, Yewande empowers them to enrich their lives and live up to their potential. Yewande’s approach begins with a commitment to providing the best care possible. To help understand her patient's needs, she incorporates cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy into follow-ups. Yewande works with patients ages 18-64 and provides medication management for anxiety, coping skills, depression, grief, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), peer relationships, relationship issues, insomnia, stress, dual diagnoses, trauma, PTSD, mood disorders. In her free time, Yewande loves relaxing at Korean spas.

About Angeli
Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered. This DBT-informed therapist helpspatients become more empowered by teachingthem skills to manage their emotions and increasemindfulness. Angeli works especially well with indi-viduals who may not have felt safe, loved, or validatedin their relationships in the past. Her background intreating patients provides her with a unique frame-work that helps her guide individuals in exploringtheir issues’ root causes.
Angeli treats patients ages 18-55. She specializes intreating depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges,relationship issues, and stress related to life transi-tions (career changes, parenting challenges, divorce,etc.). Angeli uses a psychodynamic approach to helppatients explore their past and gain self-awarenesswhen needed. She also uses solution-focused,strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapyapproaches to alleviate symptoms. In her spare time,Angeli loves to write and play music. She grew up inTrinidad and Tobago.
