A person who comes into therapy is often experiencing some struggle in their life. Andy provides a nonjudgmental therapy experience to address these immediate concerns, explores how they may stem from longer-term unmet concerns, and works with the client toward their resolution. His clinical focuses have been on managing anxiety and depression; coping with stress; parenting and child development; and improving interpersonal relations. Using a relational approach and informed by Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral evidence-based therapies, Andy employs an eclectic modality tailored to the specific needs of the client.
