I graduated from New York University with my Master’s in Social Work. I focused on clinical training which included specialized practical training in South Africa. In addition, I have worked with evidence-based models nationally and internationally.

I have extensive experience with juvenile justice, schools, hospice, and family services. I have worked with children, young adults, adults, seniors, families, and couples. I pride myself in providing highly individualized psychotherapy services to address anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, family conflict, life transitions, and relationship issues.

My training is tailored to support my clients in addressing thoughts and feelings that are impacting their life. We can embark on this journey together. You already started by taking this first step- let’s walk forward together.
