Gloribell Mercado has experience working with adolescents, adults, families, and couples from various socio-economic and cultural backgrounds in clinic, hospital and school settings. As the saying goes “Life begins outside of your comfort zone.

Gloribell believes that creating a strong therapeutic alliance by providing a safe space is vital in supporting clients get outside of their comfort zones to not only survive their lives- but truly thrive and live fully. She practices from a holistic perspective in order to support clients in improving the quality of their lives. Gloribell specializes in anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. She uses a positive, strengths-based approach to help clients increase self-awareness and strengthen their emotional resilience. Gloribell is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Strategic Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and STAIR. Gloribell also uses other evidences based practice tools in her work including Mindfulness techniques and Motivational interviewing. Gloribell works remotely and is available for teletherapy.
