Hillary Bowden

Hillary Bowden is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is dedicated to providing therapy to individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, trauma, and substance abuse related issues. She believes that the healing process in therapy involves a strong therapeutic alliance, as well as, a collaboration between client and provider to ensure that the client’s needs are being met. Hillary provides a Holistic and Person-Centered modality of treatment when working with her clients by utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and motivational interviewing.
Hillary completed her graduate studies at Fordham University where she received her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. She has experience working in outpatient mental health settings, specifically in community mental health clinics with adults who are dually diagnosed. Hillary is empathetic, understanding, and caring. Hillary works remotely and is available for teletherapy.
