Karrie believes in meeting clients where they are at while focusing on a strengths perspective. She has worked in the social work field for over 15 years and has been helping children, adolescents, and adults throughout the lifespan. Having worked in various settings, such as, community, medical, and educational, she has covered many topics including, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, and life transition. Karrie uses a variety of therapy modalities and tools, including CBT, Mindfulness, DBT, and meditation. Karrie feels that compassion and kindness create a safe space for collaborative transformation.
