I am a trained Psychotherapist who approaches each client as an individual offering an empathetic and supportive perspective to help clients develop positive coping skills to sort through these challenges.
I have extensive experience working with adults providing a supportive environment to help promote mental health. My clinical focus is in anxiety and depression, loss and grief, behavioral issues, relationship problems, and anger management.
