While you cannot change the difficult situations of the past, you and Victoria can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. Utilizing a collaborative, strengths-based approach (Informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and techniques, you will unearth long-standing behavioral patterns or negative perceptions that cause you distress. Together, you and Victoria will explore ways to help you manage such distress so that you feel more in control, balanced and in the moment.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Victoria provides individual, couples and family therapy. She has over 12 years of experience working with multi-problematic patients in the child welfare system, outpatient psychotherapy clinics, inpatient hospital medical units, Early Intervention/ABA and non-profit community-based programs. Victoria’s areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, developmental disorders, relationship issues, trauma, life transitions, crisis management and loss.
