Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Maryland
Akhere looks at the individual as a whole, with the understanding that social, physical, financial and relationships are important aspects of the individual’s life that can impact mental health. As such she uses a holistic approach in providing care while listening to, educating and providing psychotherapy to her patients. Her goal is to develop an individualized plan that works for each patient’s needs.
