Cynthia is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who uses a patient-centered holistic approach to treat patients across the lifespan. She has over 8 years of experience in psychiatry and worked with diverse populations in various psychiatric mental health settings including inpatient psychiatric hospitals and outpatient mental health clinics. She is a firm believer that mental health, in balance with physical and spiritual health, is the key to overall holistic health and wellness.

Her treatment modalities include combination psychotherapy and psychopharmacology to create an individualized treatment plan that is tailored to the patient’s needs. She works primarily with patients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, and major life changes.

Cynthia received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Grand Canyon University. She also completed her master’s in nursing/Psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner degree from the University of South Alabama. Cynthia is very fluent in English and Igbo language.
