Donna Lodge-Moore

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Washington

Ms. Lodge-Moore is an established Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner as well as a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has extensive clinical experience in various mental health settings including outpatient clinic, long-term care facilities, personalized home visits, and working in the community with the homeless population. She has served as Primary Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner overseeing an Assertive Community Treatment program with a focus on chronic mental illness. She also takes great honor in having provided primary care and psychiatric services to both military and civilian clients while serving as an officer in both the Army as well as Air Force National Guard.

Her goals are to expand access to compassionate, comprehensive, and evidence-based mental health care throughout society. Her philosophy embodies holistic care, which supports mental as well as physical health of her clients. Donna specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of psychiatric disorders within a diverse population across the lifespan. These psychiatric disorders include but are not limited to Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD. Her client population includes adolescents, adults and older adults.

Donna completed her undergraduate studies at Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She then obtained her Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Loyola University New Orleans, and a Post-Master Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Rush University School of Nursing. She holds a Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) certification for MAT for opioid dependence.
She is a longstanding member of the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing, demonstrating excellence throughout her educational studies.
