Ron Alcantara
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, New Jersey and New York
Ron emphasizes the mind and body connection of each individual in order to provide the highest quality care. Understanding the effectiveness of a holistic and humanistic approach, he explores psychopharmacological solutions in conjunction with psychotherapy. He strives to develop a rapport to promote a collaborative relationship with his clients. By doing so, he fosters an environment that empowers each individual. With a wide range of experience from inpatient to outpatient settings, Ron has treated adolescents, adults, and older adults. His primary focus is treating depression, mood disorders, anxiety, and ADHD.
