Belivin holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in Mental Health/Psychiatric Nursing and is a board-certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Bevlin has over 14 years experience as an Advanced-Practice Psychiatric Provider and over two decades as a psychiatric nurse. A former US Air Force Captain, Bevlin has served military tours in South Korea and Germany. She has experience in Primary Care Mental Health Integration, Women’s Health, Psychiatric Emergency Clinic, Inpatient, and Outpatient, and Veteran Care settings. She specializes in Major Depressive Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

(PTSD), and ADD/ADHD.

 

Bevlin strives to consider “The Whole-Person” while providing empathetic, caring psychopharmacology sessions which promote the powers of positive thinking and brief supportive therapy. She values getting to know each person, hearing his/her mental health concerns, and working in collaboration with that individual to achieve mental health wellness.

 

Bevlin regularly attends educational conferences to stay current on topics related to psychotropic medication prescribing and management. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, traveling, and reading.
