Catherine’s treatment approach is trauma-based. She specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, and insight-oriented therapy. Catherine treats patients ages 18-65. She treats ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, medication management, obsessive-compulsive disorder, self-esteem problems, sleep disorders, insomnia, stress, dual diagnosis, trauma, PTSD, and mood disorders. When she’s not working, Catherine loves spending time with her two big dogs and being outside in her vegetable garden.

Most of our providers are in-network with the following plans: Cigna, Meritain Health, Optum (Oscar, Oxford Health Plans, UnitedHealthcare) and Wellfleet. Fees for treatment vary depending on length of appointment and type of treatment received. Payment should be made at the time of the visit. We do accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA.
