Erika Skaret is an advanced practice registered nurse. Erika is passionate about helping people meet their mental health needs and encouraging them to find joy in their day-to-day lives. Erika helps her patients identify their symptoms and triggers, then provides medication management to treat their symptoms and improve their well-being. Her ultimate goal is to connect with her patients so they can trust in the process of growth and healing.
Erika’s patients can expect respectful, empathetic attention to their concerns and a collaborative approach to mental healthcare. Erika accepts patients ages 12-65 and provides medication management for ADHD, anxiety, maladaptive coping skills, depression, grief, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), peer relationships, self-esteem problems, sleep disorders, insomnia, stress, dual diagnoses, infidelity, trauma, PTSD, women’s issues, impulse disorders, and mood disorders. Outside of work, Erika loves to read, vacation, and learn about other cultures. She has two therapy dogs: Cookie the pit bull and Winnie the husky.

Medical Insurance Overview
Most of our providers are in-network with the following plans: Cigna, Meritain Health, Optum (Oscar, Oxford Health Plans, UnitedHealthcare) and Wellfleet. Fees for treatment vary depending on length of appointment and type of treatment received. Payment should be made at the time of the visit. We do accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA.
