Jacquelyn Howell is a board-certified mental health nurse practitioner. Jacquelyn builds collaborative relationships with her patients based on respect, excellent listening skills, and a desire to work with them on their goals. By combining medication management with brief therapy, Jacquelyn develops a solid understanding of each patient’s needs so she can develop a tailored treatment plan for them.

Jacquelyn works with patients ages 18-65 who are struggling with anxiety, maladaptive coping skills, depression, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder, sleep disorders, dual diagnoses, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and mood disorders. In her spare time, Jacquelyn loves traveling and spending time with her family.

Medical Insurance Overview

Most of our providers are in-network with the following plans: Cigna, Meritain Health, Optum (Oscar, Oxford Health Plans, UnitedHealthcare) and Wellfleet. Fees for treatment vary depending on length of appointment and type of treatment received. Payment should be made at the time of the visit. We do accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA.
