Landy Pollas is a board-certified mental health nurse practitioner. Landy helps her patients effectively cope with stressors, whether they’re dealing with disrupted thinking, feeling, mood, or an inability to function and relate well with others at home, work, or school. She loves helping her patients restore their baseline level of function, optimize their health, and increase their well-being. She makes sure to explain every patient’s treatment plan clearly to help reduce any of their fears about pursuing their mental health goals.
Along with providing medication management, Landy’s therapeutic approach draws from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic techniques. Her patients range from 12-65 years old. Landy treats ADHD, anxiety, maladaptive coping skills, depression, grief, obsessive-compulsive disorder, relationship issues, school issues, self-esteem problems, stress, trauma, PTSD, control disorders, mood disorders, phobias, and postpartum depression. Outside of work, Landy enjoys working out, going to the beach, and traveling. She is a wife, mother of two daughters and a stepdaughter, and a Christian. She speaks English, French, and Creole.

Medical Insurance Overview
Most of our providers are in-network with the following plans: Cigna, Meritain Health, Optum (Oscar, Oxford Health Plans, UnitedHealthcare) and Wellfleet. Fees for treatment vary depending on length of appointment and type of treatment received. Payment should be made at the time of the visit. We do accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA.
