Renee has worked in the mental health field for most of her life. First as a psychiatric nurse, and then as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, capable of working with clients throughout the life cycle. In 2014, Renee was the first nurse in the nation to complete a psychiatric nurse practitioner residency program in a Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Renee received her Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2015 from the Medical University of South Carolina. She enjoys clinical work and teaching and has held academic positions and is currently the director of a training program for psychiatric nurse practitioners.
Renee's overarching goal is to meet her clients wherever they are in their journey and to help them achieve success through therapy and medication when indicated. A horse enthusiast, Renee also provides equine-assisted therapy in Pennsylvania and is a certified Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning through the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International.

Medical Insurance Overview
Most of our providers are in-network with the following plans: Cigna, Meritain Health, Optum (Oscar, Oxford Health Plans, UnitedHealthcare) and Wellfleet. Fees for treatment vary depending on length of appointment and type of treatment received. Payment should be made at the time of the visit. We do accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA.
