Shareefah Hamilton Davis holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in Mental Health/Psychiatric Nursing and is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Shareefah is an empathic provider who is truly passionate about mental health and has been dedicated to the field for many years. Prior to earning her Doctorate, she spent a decade working as a psychiatric nurse in various hospitals throughout New York and Florida.

 

She finds great joy in helping her clients not only achieve remission but to reach their maximum potential. Shareefah believes in treating the whole person, which is why she takes an individualized, holistic approach to treatment. While she appreciates the value of medication, she also realizes the integral role that self-care, nutrition, and exercise play in the healing process. She understands the importance of building a therapeutic alliance and strives to create a warm, nurturing environment for each of her clients.
