Valerie is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 9 years of nursing experience working with individuals across the lifespan. She believes in offering care customized to each client experience. Her treatment modalities include a combination of psychotherapy and psychopharmacology to create treatment plans that are patient specific.
 
Valerie has been and will continue to be committed to excellence throughout her personal and professional life. Being able to create a space to allow people to feel comfortable enough to get the help they need is one of her prouder accomplishments. She started working in the field of Mental Health over 9 years ago and fell in love with it. She realized that there was an overwhelming need for more access to Mental Health services and care. Her passion in life has become to normalize mental health and to allow people to feel safe expressing themselves.
 
Valerie believes that together we can change the narrative and begin to lead lives that are more fulfilling. Her primary focus is treating depression, mood disorders, anxiety, and ADHD.

Most of our providers are in-network with the following plans: Cigna, Meritain Health, Optum (Oscar, Oxford Health Plans, UnitedHealthcare) and Wellfleet. Fees for treatment vary depending on length of appointment and type of treatment received. Payment should be made at the time of the visit. We do accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA.
