Dylan believes that everyone should be able to positively live their lives and achieve their goals. Trauma, depression, anxiety, loss, and relationship difficulties may leave us feeling we are unable to progress as we desire. In therapy, you and Dylan will work collaboratively to identify these thoughts and emotions and positively engage them.
Dylan’s experience ranges in working with clients of diverse backgrounds, ages, and life experiences. He utilizes a strength-based, integrative approach with clients based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), but often implements tenets of psychodynamic techniques, mindfulness, and humanism. His focus is on understanding your individual experiences and perspective to cultivate a treatment plan with a specific focus on you and your needs.
Dylan will work with you to gain insight into your personal wants, challenges, and concerns to problem-solve solutions and create understanding. He looks forward to assisting you with establishing meaningful changes that will benefit your life.
Medical Insurance Overview
Most of our providers are in-network with the following plans: Cigna, Meritain Health, Optum (Oscar, Oxford Health Plans, UnitedHealthcare) and Wellfleet. Fees for treatment vary depending on length of appointment and type of treatment received. Payment should be made at the time of the visit. We do accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA.
