Thea Jandzio is a licensed clinical social worker. Oftentimes, people struggle to break unhealthy behavioral patterns and move on from the past. They might feel stuck or sabotage a life of fulfillment they deserve. Thea works with her patients to identify these patterns and develop new coping mechanisms that enable them to move forward. Thea’s ultimate goal is to help her patients develop confidence and take control of their lives. Thea helps her patients identify the issues they’re facing and offers support, strategies, and tools to regain control over their lives.

Thea works with patients ages 21-65. She uses a trauma-informed combination of motivational interviewing, addiction counseling, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and harm reduction. She is also a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) provider. She treats anxiety, depression, emotional issues associated with adoption, LGBTQ issues, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem problems, stress, divorce, infidelity, trauma, PTSD, women’s issues, mood disorders, and addiction. In her spare time, Thea enjoys biking, swimming, and traveling.
