Holly’s experience as a therapist has led her to understand the importance of connecting with individuals, joining them in their journey to heal, grow and realize their true potential. Guiding clients to develop effective strategies and techniques to recover from a wide range of addictive behaviors, life challenges and mental health concerns while helping them to recognize their own personal strengths and talents has been beneficial in helping clients achieve ongoing success and optimal wellness.
 
Her approach is based on a Holistic and Strengths-based model while also utilizing tenets of Cognitive-and Dialectical behavioral therapies, Mindfulness and breath work with the firm belief that each client’s unique circumstances play an integral part in guiding the therapeutic process.

Most of our providers are in-network with the following plans: Cigna, Meritain Health, Optum (Oscar, Oxford Health Plans, UnitedHealthcare) and Wellfleet. Fees for treatment vary depending on length of appointment and type of treatment received. Payment should be made at the time of the visit. We do accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA.
