Janelle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and works with children, teenagers, and adults to help them work through challenges and reach their full potential. She uses a strength-based perspective and would love to work with you to sort through the problems you are facing and work toward positive changes in your life.
 
Janelle specifically works with people who have experienced trauma in their life. She is trained in Eye Movement and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Progressive Counting (PC), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Anger Management (AM). She also has worked with survivors of domestic violence and their families, as well as children, and teenagers. 
 
If you are experiencing stressors that are affecting other areas of your life such as school, work, or relationships, and feel ready to work with someone to make a change, then Janelle just may be the therapist you are looking for. You will work together to identify your strengths, goals, and create a plan together, you don’t have to do it alone.

Medical Insurance Overview

Most of our providers are in-network with the following plans: Cigna, Meritain Health, Optum (Oscar, Oxford Health Plans, UnitedHealthcare) and Wellfleet. Fees for treatment vary depending on length of appointment and type of treatment received. Payment should be made at the time of the visit. We do accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA.
