Jeffrey Ottowitz is a licensed clinical social worker. Jeffrey’s goal is to create a therapeutic relationship with each of his patients that gives them the necessary agency to create a life they deem worth living. He approaches every session with full presence, empathy, compassion, and a sense of humor. Jeffrey has worked with a variety of populations in outpatient and community-based mental health programs since 2002.
He treats ADHD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders and parenting issues. He uses CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques to achieve optimal patient outcomes. One fun fact about Jeffrey is that he’s traveled to almost every state in the US. Outside of work, he enjoys music, yoga, traveling, and the outdoors. Jeffrey enjoys working with SohoMD because of the flexibility and autonomy it provides, as well as the caring, well-trained staff and collateral providers.

Medical Insurance Overview
Most of our providers are in-network with the following plans: Cigna, Meritain Health, Optum (Oscar, Oxford Health Plans, UnitedHealthcare) and Wellfleet. Fees for treatment vary depending on length of appointment and type of treatment received. Payment should be made at the time of the visit. We do accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA.
