She typically relies on a blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and person-centered theory. Stephanie has been providing therapy since 1988 and works with all patients over 18. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys gardening, reading, watching old movies, and antiquing. She was born and raised in Kentucky, is a dog-lover at heart, and is a skilled gingerbread house-builder. Medical Insurance Overview
Most of our providers are in-network with the following plans: Cigna, Meritain Health, Optum (Oscar, Oxford Health Plans, UnitedHealthcare) and Wellfleet. Fees for treatment vary depending on length of appointment and type of treatment received. Payment should be made at the time of the visit. We do accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA.
