Nicole Crain is a licensed clinical social worker. Nicole is committed to helping her patients improve their lives as they navigate the path to wellness. She knows most patients are dealing with a variety of stressors, so she provides a safe space to talk through life’s problems. Her goal is to instill confidence in her patients so they can create the life they want. Nicole has been providing therapy since 2015 and works with patients ages 16 and up.
She uses narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and supportive therapy. Nicole specializes in treating women’s issues, LGBTQ+ issues, and trauma. She also has extensive experience with anxiety, depression, grief, and ADHD. In her spare time, Nicole loves traveling, reading, cooking, crocheting, and spending time with her family. She is passionate about animal rescue, is an avid Dungeons and Dragons player, and is learning to play the ukulele. Nicole is impressed by the corporate culture at SohoMD, as well as the dedication to providing the best possible experience to patients and providers alike.

Medical Insurance Overview
Most of our providers are in-network with the following plans: Cigna, Meritain Health, Optum (Oscar, Oxford Health Plans, UnitedHealthcare) and Wellfleet. Fees for treatment vary depending on length of appointment and type of treatment received. Payment should be made at the time of the visit. We do accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA.
