Olivia Sterling is an Afro-Latina Licensed Clinical Social Worker that specializes in providing culturally sensitive, holistic therapy across diverse populations. In her work, Olivia utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness.
Olivia’s background consists of providing individual, group, and family therapy to children and adolescents living in Residential Treatment Centers. She has also served as a Forensic Social Worker to incarcerated individuals and their families. Olivia has created and developed community-based programs to promote youth empowerment and education, in communities of color and for LGBTQ+ persons.
Olivia has a strong clinical background in assisting people living with chronic and advanced illnesses with their end-of-life care. Her expertise lies in supporting those dealing with anxiety and/or depression in their life transitions and/or grief and bereavement. While she comes to the practice with a wealth of clinical knowledge and training, she is most interested in providing an open heart and mind to those seeking transformative experiences and emotional healing.

Medical Insurance Overview
Most of our providers are in-network with the following plans: Cigna, Meritain Health, Optum (Oscar, Oxford Health Plans, UnitedHealthcare) and Wellfleet. Fees for treatment vary depending on length of appointment and type of treatment received. Payment should be made at the time of the visit. We do accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA.
