Scott Silver is a licensed clinical social worker. Scott aspires to support each patient as they pursue self-discovery and self-improvement. Many people are experiencing heightened mental health issues as we undergo one of the most stressful, concerning times in modern history. Scott knows it takes a lot of courage and motivation to reach out for help. That’s why he’s always available to his patients in times of urgent need. He is honored to be a part of his patients’ lives and endeavors to support them in the most authentic, interactive, and genuine manner he can.

In sessions, Scott mostly takes a person-centered approach. But when the situation calls for it, he also incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, and narrative, strategic, and existential approaches. Scott treats people struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, intimacy, abandonment, LGBTQ issues, past trauma, and addiction. Before becoming a therapist, Scott was a corporate attorney. He eventually left law to pursue a career where he’d be helping people.
