Sherife Simnica is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of New York. Sherife has experience providing clinical assessment and therapeutic care to adolescents and adults seeking help with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorders, anger management, and LGBTQ+ issues. Sherife utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and mindfulness approaches to therapy. Sherife practices with compassion and without judgment, maintaining flexibility and awareness necessary to best meet the needs of every unique individual.
