Valerie Janowski is a licensed mental health counselor. Valerie believes anyone can benefit from treatment, including people dealing with relationship issues, job stress, problems affecting their daily functioning, etc. She believes all mental health issues center around difficult emotions and working on identifying healthy ways to cope, as well as developing skills to improve one’s life. Valerie’s goal is to help patients work on bettering themselves. During sessions with Valerie, patients can expect their emotions to always be validated by an impartial, supportive therapeutic partner. Valerie is trained in multiple therapeutic modalities. She realizes certain treatment methods won’t work for everyone, so she pulls from a diverse body of knowledge when creating treatment plans.
