Aubrey believes everyone is deserving of healing and places her client’s goals at the forefront of treatment. She takes into consideration individuals' unique situations so they can feel connected, heard, and supported in reaching their potential. Clients can expect a compassionate and direct therapeutic relationship. She prides herself on creating a sense of safety within her sessions that encourages her clients to take risks to foster growth. She believes in creating a space where a client can take action toward a meaningful life.

Aubrey works with clients ages 18 to 65 and those experiencing ADHD, anxiety, maladaptive coping skills, depression, grief, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder, peer relationships, relationship issues, school issues, self-esteem issues, sleep issues, stress, divorce, infidelity, men’s issues, trauma, and more. She provides cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, feminist therapy, and humanistic therapy.

About Angeli

Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered. This DBT-informed therapist helpspatients become more empowered by teachingthem skills to manage their emotions and increasemindfulness. Angeli works especially well with indi-viduals who may not have felt safe, loved, or validatedin their relationships in the past. Her background intreating patients provides her with a unique frame-work that helps her guide individuals in exploringtheir issues’ root causes.

Angeli treats patients ages 18-55. She specializes intreating depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges,relationship issues, and stress related to life transi-tions (career changes, parenting challenges, divorce,etc.). Angeli uses a psychodynamic approach to helppatients explore their past and gain self-awarenesswhen needed. She also uses solution-focused,strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapyapproaches to alleviate symptoms. In her spare time,Angeli loves to write and play music. She grew up inTrinidad and Tobago.
