Here are some tips we recommend to better control your stress. Separating 10 minutes in the morning to mentally prepare yourself for the day can have greatly reduce unexpected issues. Additionally, incorporating a healthy diet and moderate exercise will help relieve and reduce stress levels. Finally, one of the most important tips is to identify patterns or activities that may cause added stress in your life. Once you identify these things, you can spend some time each week to preemptively plan and adjust to maximize the way you are able to process the stressful moments. The more light we bring to these issues, the better we will be able to coordinate, destigmitize, and address head on.
