Bon Ha has performed short and long-term work with individuals, couples, and their collaterals in various settings. Bon Ha conducts therapy by weaving his skills in psychology, neuroscience, philosophy, and theology. Bon Ha and his clients begin by agreeing on a definition of therapy and agreeing on the client’s goals for the therapeutic process.
Bon Ha has extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, and trauma/PTSD Bon Ha is proficient in issues on interpersonal relationships and spirituality. He integrates rational emotive behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, motivational interviewing, and psychoanalytic/dynamic techniques in treatment, and approaches therapy with the assumption that it is an open, creative, and collaborative process that involves analyzing more than just symptoms and sequela, but the whole person.

Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered. This DBT-informed therapist helpspatients become more empowered by teachingthem skills to manage their emotions and increasemindfulness. Angeli works especially well with indi-viduals who may not have felt safe, loved, or validatedin their relationships in the past. Her background intreating patients provides her with a unique frame-work that helps her guide individuals in exploringtheir issues’ root causes.
Angeli treats patients ages 18-55. She specializes intreating depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges,relationship issues, and stress related to life transi-tions (career changes, parenting challenges, divorce,etc.). Angeli uses a psychodynamic approach to helppatients explore their past and gain self-awarenesswhen needed. She also uses solution-focused,strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapyapproaches to alleviate symptoms. In her spare time,Angeli loves to write and play music.
